These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jbajiee ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jbajiee website located at https://jbajiee.net and all associated services, products, and features offered therein (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of jbajiee, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version entered into force.

Use of the jbajiee Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jbajiee is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, including any other player or affiliate, without explicit written authorisation from jbajiee.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from jbajiee or any related platform operated by the Company.
• You are legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful where you reside.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

jbajiee reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory verification documents are received and approved, jbajiee may, at its sole discretion, suspend deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on the relevant account.

To access the full range of jbajiee's services, you must register a player account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You must promptly notify jbajiee of any changes to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected].

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles jbajiee to close your account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and take such further action as may be appropriate.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any other individual to access your account. jbajiee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact jbajiee support immediately at [email protected]. jbajiee may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account while the security concern is investigated.

Account Currency

Player accounts on jbajiee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) by default. Players who deposit via USDT will have their funds converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. jbajiee accepts no liability for currency conversion fluctuations or any losses arising therefrom.

jbajiee supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.
• USDT deposits are converted to BDT at the rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain network.
• jbajiee does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jbajiee bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are determined by your account verification tier and are displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds on the same account, or to a verified payment account in the same name as the registered player account.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, jbajiee may require the completion of identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.
• jbajiee reserves the right to perform additional due-diligence checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the account has received bonus funds or where unusual wagering patterns have been detected.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited automatically.

jbajiee offers a range of promotional incentives to its players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentages applicable to each game category are specified in the individual bonus terms. Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus period do not count toward wagering and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per game session may be restricted. Placing bets above the specified maximum during an active bonus may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse and Misuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedging, arbitrage, matched betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

jbajiee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform where practicable.

All sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer, crash game, and other wagering activity on the jbajiee Platform is subject to the following general rules in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or market.

Sports Betting

• Bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by jbajiee's system. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• jbajiee reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, particularly in response to events that may affect the integrity of the market.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of jbajiee's trading team. jbajiee accepts no liability for any delay between a real-world event and the reflection of that event in the live betting interface.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed based on information not available to the general public at the time of placement, will be voided without payment.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or replayed, settlement rules will be applied in accordance with the specific market rules published for that sport.

Casino and Live Casino Games

• All casino games on jbajiee — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is typically available within the game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round will be settled based on the state of the game at the point the fault was recorded. jbajiee's system logs are the authoritative record for all game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before each round begins.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jbajiee Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or otherwise engaging in any form of fraudulent conduct.
• Collusion: Communicating with other players during live casino games or sporting events in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, screen-scraping tools, data mining software, or any other automated system designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by jbajiee.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from unlawful activities, or to facilitate any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your jbajiee account. Chargebacks will be treated as attempted fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions on the Platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable system error will be voided.
• Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at jbajiee staff or other players via any channel.

jbajiee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player's account is the subject of a law enforcement inquiry or a court order.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct as described in Section 7 above.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months ("dormant account"). Prior to closure of a dormant account, jbajiee will make reasonable efforts to contact the player using the registered email address.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose jbajiee to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request voluntary self-exclusion by contacting jbajiee support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not receive any marketing communications from jbajiee. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period and additional review.

Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms is involved, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their primary verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jbajiee reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal conduct is established, to forfeit the balance entirely or to apply it toward the costs of any resulting enforcement action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jbajiee, its officers, directors, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided therein, including scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any loss of funds arising from technical faults, connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing errors not directly caused by jbajiee.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment service providers.
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game information caused by a data feed error or technical malfunction.

jbajiee's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jbajiee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other matter in respect of which liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

jbajiee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. For significant amendments, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with jbajiee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jbajiee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
